Based on your feedback, we've also added more options for controlling what layout should be used when loading a rundown. Now, you can configure rundowns to load with a specific layout, or use the user's default personal layout. This setting is on a per-rundown basis, so different rundowns can be loaded with different layouts. Just look for the "Default Layout" drop-down menu when creating a new rundown or changing an existing rundown's settings.
New Status Website
While our goal is, and always has been, 100% uptime, stuff happens. To better communicate with customers during outages, we've launched a new status website. We'll also be using it to announce upcoming server maintenance. Ask us about the hidden iCal feed!
New Office
After bouncing around between coworking spaces, we finally decided to sign a lease on a space of our own. Rundown Creator's new home is a beautiful, 700 square foot, fully renovated office in downtown Santa Monica. It features gorgeous hardwood floors, blazing fast fiber internet, a gigabit network, and plenty of room to grow.
Bradley is Back!
If you've called or emailed us lately, you might have noticed Bradley is back! He's working full-time now too, handling things on the front-end like customer service and business operations.

With Bradley back on the team, we're now able to offer phone support again. Give us a call at 310-907-8910. We're normally around Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm Pacific Time, and here and there on Fridays.

And of course, work continues on the fourth major version of Rundown Creator. We don't have an estimated launch date yet, but stay tuned. In the meantime, we'll be adding more new features to the current version in the near future, so look out for those!
