Troubleshooting Plugin Installers that Won't Run

If you try to run one of our plugin installers and nothing happens, it's most likely because Windows has prevented it from running. Not to worry though, normally all you need to do is try one or more of the troubleshooting steps below.

Check the "Unblock" box

1. Right-click on the installer

2. Check the box that says "Unblock"

3. Click "OK" to apply the change

4. Try running the installer again

Disable Windows Defender real-time protection

1. Turn off Microsoft Defender Antivirus real-time protection

2. Try running the installer again

3. Turn on Microsoft Defender Antivirus real-time protection
